Marc Clebanoff, a graduate of the prestigious USC School of Cinema/Television, began his career at 20th Century Fox Television before moving onto a feature development position at USA Films (now Focus Features) under the award winning director of
Nurse Betty and
In the Company of Men Neil Labute.
In 1999 Clebanoff established his own company, Marathon Films, in which he developed several feature projects with Hollywood bad-boy actor Michael Madsen, and cult filmmaker Larry Bishop (son of Rat Pack comedian Joey Bishop).
In 2004 Clebanoff renamed his company Odyssey Motion Pictures to make his feature directorial debut with
Unspoken - a dark drama starring Justin Allen and William Sadler, which earned Best
Screenplay and Best Feature Film nominations at the
New Jersey International Film & Screenplay Festival in 2006. That same year – Clebanoff wrote, produced and co-directed the anxiously anticipated star-studded dark comedy feature
The Pink Conspiracy, which enjoyed its world premiere at the Cannes Film Market in May of 2007 and recently won the
Alan J. Bailey Award for Excellence in Comedy.
Currently, Clebanoff is involved with several notable film projects, including James Russo’s drama
Dreamland, which also marks the directorial debut of the esteemed actor. In addition, Clebanoff recently finished consulting for Quentin Tarantino’s indie motorcycle flick
Hell Ride, which premiered at
Sundance in January of 2008.
Clebanoff holds a 2nd degree black belt in traditional Korean martial arts and is an avid distance runner and accomplished marathoner. He is also the grandson of world-renowned musician and composer, Herman Clebanoff.

Luca Palanca was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York - one of four boys, of Italian immigrant parents. Growing up in the neighborhood, his friends and family already knew he was a star, but when he landed the lead role in the off-Broadway play
Tony and Tina's Wedding, there were a lot of people saying "I told you!!” Playing Tony for almost 2 years, allowed Luca to develop his improv comedy skills.
Realizing his love of comedy, Luca then began performing stand-up in clubs around the country, intriguing the audiences with his wise-cracking attitude. He decided to expand his talents in Los Angeles, where he made a name for himself as a comedian - performing at The
World Famous Comedy Store,

The Laugh Factory.
When he wrote and starred in a short film called
Choose Life - it went on to make a huge splash in the
2001 Sundance Film Festival. His acting skills have been showcased with leading roles in the Jason Priestly movies

Double Down. Luca was proud to have been cast in the late Bruno Kirby's last film
Played, which also stars Gabiel Byrne and Val Kilmer.

Made in Brooklyn interweaves four neighborhood stories into one storyline. Luca wore many hats during the filming of
Made in Brooklyn - producing, acting and directing. The film stars many
Sopranos cast members and several well-known comedians. Made In Brooklyn is scheduled for a 2008 theatrical release.
Still working as an actor, Luca has become a recurring character on the MTV series,
Short Circuitz and appears in
Break as
The Deaf Goomba.

Crash. The soundtrack for Luciano is by none other than super producer

50 Cent, The Game, Beyonce (of Destiny’s Child), Christina Aguilera and many more.

Tim Otholt, an award-winning cinematographer, has accomplished much in his short four-year career. Tim has shot five feature films, 24 short films, and over 100 other commercials, music videos and other projects.
Tim hails from the school of hard knocks – with camera in hand, he has studied under IATSE 600 veterans Rob Kositchek (X-Files, Pretender, Roswell, 24) and Philip D. Schwartz (Dorm Daze 1 & 2). Tim is well known for his creative use of lighting – experience gained from shooting and gaffing hundreds of projects with his own grip & lighting truck.
Tim has worked with many great stars, including Michael Madsen (Kill Bill, Reservoir Dogs), Chad Everett (E-Ring, Mulholland Drive), William Sadler (Shawshank Redemption, Roswell), James Russo (Beverly Hills Cop, Donnie Darko), Tommy 'Tiny' Lister (Enterprise, 5th Element), Dayton Callie (Deadwood), Whit Hertford (Adam's Family), Sarah Thompson (Angel, 7th Heaven), Mercedes McNab (Angel, Buffy), and MacKenzie Firgens (Groove).
In 2006, Tim won his first cinematography award for the short film Day of Reckoning at the 168-hour international film project. DOR edged out 49 films from 7 countries, through the use of subtle, almost invisible use of lighting.
Tim just directed the television pilot The Zing Factor and is producing a variety of commercials and other short form projects.
